We want you to love your shine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Melinda Maria pouches and boxes to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
